Our cowhides (hair on) are from Brazil and Argentina. Most of our leathers come from Europe and are aniline dyed leathers. We only use full top grain leathers , which is the top layer of the hide. The top portion of the hide is the most premium grade of leather. This is the best quality and most expensive leather. Aniline dye is absorbed by the pores and permeates the surface of the hide, giving it color without covering over natural markings with a clear protective aniline coating. The combinations of the above are the main factor in pricing and quality.
All cowhides are individual and unique in their design, however, they will be closely matched to the product pictured.

Webbing Suspension - webbing suspension will outlast conventional spring suspension 5 to 1, and it offers you a more even and relaxing sit. Webbing disburses weight evenly which maintains lasting comfort. Our webbing has a lifetime warranty. As an option, you may also request a suspension adjustment to fit your personal preference.
High Quality Foam - ( 3.0lb high density) to our customers. All foams used by meet or exceed the most rigid fire and hazard standards.
Frame Padding - leather should always feel and look luxurious. In our pre-upholstery stage we pad the entire frame so that your leather never touches wood.
Covering Method - your leather is cut by hand and given to a seamstress to sew into arm and back slip covers. Once sewing is completed a master upholsterer takes the leather slip covers and places them over the entire modular padded frame, then adds the cushions to complete your leather seating.
